Lead Summaries

The lead summary is a staff handoff, not a customer marketing message.

It should include:

  • confirmed customer requirements;

  • the suggested real properties;

  • concise reasons for each match;

  • PropertyMe references;

  • an honest no-match action when no property fits.

It should not include:

  • OAuth tokens;

  • raw owner or tenant data;

  • fake availability claims;

  • invented properties.
