Alba Core is the backend core for Alba Property’s rental assistant. It is not a Discord bot, WhatsApp bot, or web widget by itself. Those channels can call Eight Core later.

What Alba Core owns

• Turning renter messages into structured requirements.

• Filtering real PropertyMe-backed listings by hard requirements.

• Ranking eligible listings with soft preferences.

• Returning the top three matches with human-readable reasons.

• Producing a staff-facing lead summary.

What Alba Core does not own yet

• Sending WhatsApp messages.

• Running a Discord demo surface.

• Editing PropertyMe records.

• Inventing fallback properties when no real property fits.

The central rule is simple: the matcher may explain and rank real listings, but it must not invent listings.
