Lead Summaries

The lead summary is a staff handoff, not a customer marketing message.

It should include:

* confirmed customer requirements;
* the suggested real properties;
* concise reasons for each match;
* PropertyMe references;
* an honest no-match action when no property fits.

It should not include:

* OAuth tokens;
* raw owner or tenant data;
* fake availability claims;
* invented properties.
