Introduction
============

Alba Core is the backend core for Alba Property's rental assistant. It is not a
Discord bot, WhatsApp bot, or web widget by itself. Those channels can call Eight
Core later.

What Alba Core owns
--------------------

* Turning renter messages into structured requirements.
* Filtering real PropertyMe-backed listings by hard requirements.
* Ranking eligible listings with soft preferences.
* Returning the top three matches with human-readable reasons.
* Producing a staff-facing lead summary.

What Alba Core does not own yet
--------------------------------

* Sending WhatsApp messages.
* Running a Discord demo surface.
* Editing PropertyMe records.
* Inventing fallback properties when no real property fits.

The central rule is simple: **the matcher may explain and rank real listings,
but it must not invent listings.**
