Welcome to **Alba Core**, Alba Property's CRM management and property matching
system.

Alba Core currently handles the backend decision flow:

#. Extract structured rental requirements.
#. Hard filter real PropertyMe-backed properties.
#. Score soft preferences.
#. Return the top three matches.
#. Create a lead summary for Alba staff.
